TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please carefully read the following official Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). By registering for, accessing, browsing, or using www.fantasyligue1.com (the "Site"), you acknowledge that you have read, and understood the following rules, terms of service and conditions, including any additional guidelines and agree to all of them. These rules, terms of service and conditions are subject to modification before the beginning of the Season, at the discretion of the Sponsor, and during the Season if necessary in the opinion of the Sponsor due to changes in law or official interpretation of law, or any of the extraordinary circumstances set out in these rules. If at any time you do not agree to these Terms, please immediately terminate your use of the Site.
The following Terms for the Site form a legal contract between you, an individual Participant ("You" or "Participant"), and Global Multimedia, LLC, ("Global," or sometimes, the "Sponsor" or "we"), owner of the Site and sponsor of the Game, regarding your use of the Site and the rules for playing the fantasy football (i.e. soccer game ("Game"). These rules, terms and conditions were last updated on August 1, 2016. If we make changes to them, we will post a notice on the Site informing you of the changes made. Periodically, please check the Site for such changes. Your continued use of the site after such changes are announced will constitute your acceptance of the changes.
The Game (defined below) is a fantasy sports contest involving hypothetical teams in which no fantasy sports team is based on the current membership of an actual team that is a member of an amateur or professional sports organization and in which Game, (1) all prizes and awards offered to winning Participants are established and made known to Participants in advance of the contest and the value of the prizes is not determined by the number of Participants or the amount of any fees paid by those Participants, (2) all winning outcomes for which a prize is awarded reflect the relative knowledge and skill of the Participants and are determined predominantly by accumulated statistical results of the performance of individual athletes in multiple real-world sporting events, and (3) no winning outcome for which a prize is awarded is based (a) on the score, point spread or any performance or performances of any single real-world team or any combination of such teams, or (b) solely on any single performance of an individual athlete in any single real-world sporting event.
If you believe that a user of the Site is displaying content to which you own the copyright or trademark right, please refer to the Copyright Policy at the end of this document. The registered Participant shall be deemed to have taken any and all actions with respect to such Participant's account.
THESE TERMS REQUIRE THAT YOU ARBITRATE ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THEM OR PERTAINING TO THE GAME. PLEASE SEE BELOW FOR DETAILED INFORMATION CONCERNING YOUR ARBITRATION OBLIGATIONS.
2. The Games
The Games are skill-based fantasy European football ("football") games. The Games are based on points that a Participant will accumulate based upon player performance statistics developed during the Season by members of a football (soccer) national team.
The Sponsor offers a Ligue 1 game which includes Free Games, Paid Games and 1-on-1 Matches. Only Paid games offer Prizes. There are Class 1 Prizes and Class 2 Prizes. These are defined below. Free Games do not offer Prizes. In all games that offer Prizes, the Entrance Fees and Prizes are preset. In all Games, you form your fantasy team from players who are members of clubs participating in the Football Season. Your fantasy team either competes against all of the other teams in your Game, i.e. Class 1 opponents or Class 2 opponents, or against one other team in the 1-on1 Matches. Your fantasy team's score at the end of the duration of the Game is compared to the scores of the other fantasy teams in your Game to determine the ranking of the teams participating in that Game.
The Sponsor also conducts Mini-League Games. A Mini-League is a private competition in which you agree with people you know, which fantasy teams and "owners" of the teams you will compete against. A Mini-League may have as many fantasy teams as the person who establishes your Mini-League determines.
Scoring for all games is based on the performance of individual players in the Season, depending on (1) whether you join the Game at the beginning of the Season or after the Season has officially commenced and/or (ii) whether an individual player remains on your team for the complete Season or for only part of it.
- 2.1.1. Each manager is allowed one team.
- 2.1.2. Each team must have 18 players (11 starters in one of the allowed formations plus 7 substitutes). The 18 players are: 2 goalkeepers, 6 defenders, 6 midfielders and 4 strikers.
- 2.1.3. There can be no more than 3 players from the same club in the same team during the group stage and round of 16. In the quarterfinals, semifinals and final round, 5 players from the same national team will be permitted.
- 2.1.4. Each team has a starting budget of $120 million.
- 2.1.5. Allowed formations: 4-4-2, 4-3-3, 4-5-1, 3-4-3, 3-5-2, 5-3-2, 5-4-1.
- 2.1.6. Each manager is allowed 1 free transfer per round. Other transfers during that round will deduct 4 points each from the manager's overall score.
- 2.1.7. Each manager gets 1 transfer wildcard, with the ability to purchase more using their coins - each wildcard can be activated for any round, and it allows the manager to make as many free transfers as they want during that round.
- 2.1.8. When a player transfers in real life, it can create a situation where you have more than the allowed number of players from the same club on your team. For instance, if you have 3 players from Brazil and 1 from Mexico, and a player from Mexico has dual citizenship and transfers to Brazil, then you will have 4 players from Brazil on your team. In this case, you may keep these players until the next time you do a transfer yourself - then you will have to remove one of the players in question (in this example, one of the Brazil players).
- 2.1.9. Transferring out a player who has left Ligue 1 is free. These players will appear as grey silhouettes on your team.
- 2.1.10. Each round will start 15 minutes before kick-off of the first game.
- 2.1.11. If you sign up while a round is in progress, your team will be active for the next round.
- 2.2.1. Players will score points based on their performances in real games.
- 2.2.2. In case of postponed games, the players who were supposed to play in those games will get 0 points. However, once the game is played, it will count for the round closest to the new game-date. Only players who are in the team at that point (not players who were there when the game was supposed to be played) will score points.
- 2.2.3. The manager may choose between 3 team dispositions, each giving a different mentality to their team: Attacking, Balanced or Defensive. This choice can be made for each round individually, and it affects the amount of points players score for different achievements (goals, clean sheets etc).

2.2.6. Scoring table (disposition: defensive)

- 2.2.7. Each team has a captain and vice-captain, which can be chosen for each round by the manager. The captain will score double points in that round; if the captain doesn't play, then the vice-captain will score double points in that round.
2.2.8. What is an Assist? To clarify what we consider an assist, we are sharing our decision process.
- The last pass made before a goal is scored is considered an assist, with exceptions described below.
- There are no assists in case of an own goal.
- If the ball was deflected by an opposing player on the way to the scorer in such a way that it wouldn't have reached him without the deflection, we don't consider the pass an assist.
- If we consider the time period between the final pass and the goal too long, we will not count it as an assist. For instance, if, after the pass, the scorer dribbles past 3 players before scoring, we reserve the right not to count the preceding pass as an assist.
- In borderline situations, we consult several major online sources for statistics.
- If online sources don't agree unanimously, we reserve the right to decide whether to count the assist or not based on our own judgment.
- 2.2.9. Your substitutes will only score points if a starting player in the same position doesn't play a single minute in that round. For instance, if one of your midfielders doesn't play in a round, then one of the midfielders on your bench will be substituted on for him at the end of that round. The order of substitutes is from top to bottom on the bench, and it can be changed by dragging & dropping bench players.
- 2.2.10. Substitutions (like formation/disposition/captain/vice-captain changes) can only be performed between rounds, not during a round, and they are performed by dragging & dropping players on your team page. The only exception is an on-the-fly substitution which allows you to bring on a sub during a round, even for a player who has played already.

**Clean sheets are given to players who spend at least 45 minutes on the pitch without conceding, even if their team concedes in the remainder of the game.
- 2.3.1. Every manager can create and/or join as many leagues as they want. It is completely free to create a league, but you can choose to set an entry fee for the league (in game currency), in which case the entry fees are added up in order to create a prize for the winner. The prize is 75% of the sum of all entry fees, and is given out after the league ends.
- 2.3.2. Each team will be automatically assigned to a national league for their country and a fan league for all supporters of their favorite club.
- 2.3.3. After creating a league, the manager will get a join-code which will allow them to invite other managers to join their league. The code may be openly shared on the web (forums, blogs etc.).
- 2.3.4. In order to join a league created by someone else, a manager needs to know the league's join-code.
- 2.3.5. Public classic leagues will be automatically created at the beginning of each round, for those members who didn't join or create any leagues between the day they signed up and the moment the first following round begins.
- 2.3.6. Premium members may also apply to leagues. The league administrator then decides whether to accept their application. League administrators also have the choice to turn off applications completely for their league.
- 2.3.7. All applications to public leagues will be accepted by Fantasy Serie A staff. Joining a public league this way costs the same amount of coins as joining a user-created league, even though being assigned to a public league automatically costs nothing.
- 2.3.8. There are two kinds of leagues: Classic and Head-to-head. Classic leagues work on the simple principle of adding up points the teams score in each round to create a ranking based on their total points. Head-to-head leagues are more like real-life leagues. The participating teams play against each other in each round, and the winner of each match is decided based on the points scored in that round. The winner gets 3 points and the loser gets 0, same as in real-life games. In case of a draw, both teams get 1 point. There is a match center where you can follow the comparative progress of both your team and your opponent in any given round, along with statistics for both teams.
- 2.3.9. For every head-to-head league, a fixture schedule is created at the beginning of the first round following league creation. Each team will play each other team twice, same as in real-life leagues. After that the league winner will be known.
- 2.3.10. It is possible to late-join only classic leagues (meaning, join after the league competition has already begun). With head-to-head leagues, this is not possible because they are based on a fixture list and adding new teams would force the system to recompile the fixtures for all involved teams.
- 2.3.11. When creating a classic league, you can choose how many rounds it will last (between 1 round and full season). For head-to-head leagues, the duration is determined automatically based on the number of teams.
- 2.3.12. The administrator of a head-to-head league can remove teams from the league, but only before they've played any matches within the league. This is because removing teams from the league who have already started playing would create holes in the fixture schedule.
- 2.3.13. A league must have at least 2 members, or it will be disbanded before its first round begins.
- 2.3.14. A head-to-head league has a limited number of members, depending on the number of remaining rounds. It is calculated as: N = (38-Current Round+3)/2. This ensures that there are enough rounds left until the end of the season for each team to play each of the other teams twice. So, before the season, the maximum number of members is 20 and, for instance, after 12 rounds the maximum number is 14.
- 2.3.15. All leagues, as well as 1-on-1 matches, have trophies which will be automatically added to your profile after you triumph in a competition.
Coins are the in-game currency of Ligue 1 Games. They can be earned and used to take actions and buy items within the game, according to the tables given below. Coins are the virtual currency of the Ligue 1 Games. They can be earned within the game or bought with money. They cannot, under any circumstances, be redeemed and converted to real money. There is no way to transfer coins from one member to another. Coins expire at the end of each season, and cannot be transferred to the following season.
- 22.4.1. Each manager gets 50 coins for creating a team.
- 22.4.2. Upgrading to a premium account will bring you 5 coins per month of premium. So upgrading to 3-month premium will bring you 15 coins. Upgrading to full season premium counts as 10 months, and brings you 50 coins.

- 22.4.5. Coins cannot, under any circumstances, be redeemed for money. Coins can be transferred to the following season.
- 22.4.6. All items purchased in the game, including transfer wildcards, expire at the end of the season, and cannot be transferred to the following season.
- 22.4.7. In order to discourage cheaters from creating multiple accounts, it is not possible to transfer coins from one member to another.

2.5 Experience Levels
- 2.5.1. Everybody starts with the level Rookie Manager and 0 experience points.
2.5.2. Gaining experience points

- 2.5.3. The titles of each experience level will remain a secret until they are achieved by some of our members.
- 2.5.4. You can see your current experience and how many points separate you from the next level in the top bar, next to your username (once you've logged in).
- 2.5.5. If you stay with us for the following seasons, your manager level will continue to grow - your experience will never reset to 0.
- 2.5.6. Likewise, the contents of your trophy case will be on your profile forever and will continue to grow with trophies from each new season.

Your team's performances can win you medals, which will earn you bragging rights among your friends and competitors.

- 2.6.2. Premium members also win coins for each unlocked medal, according to this table.
- 2.6.3. You only earn coins for unlocking the medals, not for every time you win them in following rounds.
- 2.6.4. Medals are never awarded retroactively - meaning, if you become a premium member in round 3, then you will not be given medals for your team's achievements in rounds 1 and 2.

2.7 1-on-1 Matches
You can challenge other managers to 1-on-1 matches to defeat them directly!
- 2.7.1. Each challenge is valid for the following round. If a round is in progress, it is not valid for the ongoing round.
- 2.7.2. If the other manager doesn't respond to your challenge before the next round begins, the challenge will be discarded.
- 2.7.3. For basic members, one on one matches cost 3 coins per manager. Premium members also pay to play one-on-one matches, but the winner gets not only his own coins back but wins the opponent's coins!*
*Only if both managers are paying premium members.
3. Account Types
There are several account types in the Ligue 1 Games, with different levels of involvement.
- 3.1. Becoming a premium member has many advantages, including more ways to earn coins, more account options, notifications etc. (full list below).
- 3.2. You will find that premium accounts are inexpensive - beside the multitude of benefits, their primary goal is to help with the funding of the game (hosting, staff etc), to make the game more enjoyable for our dedicated members and to help everyone have more fun.
- 3.3. Becoming a premium member also helps us keep the game running smoothly, for everyone's enjoyment.

- 3.6. You can't upgrade to a Sample Premium account while a round is in progress.

All members that meet the minimum criteria set forth in section 7. Eligibility to Participate in the Game; Events of Disqualification can win prizes at the end of the season.
- 4.1. Full Premium members compete for Class 1 Prizes. All other members (Basic, Sample Premium, Basic Premium 1 and Basic Preimum 3) compete for Class 2 Prizes.

- 4.4. It may take up to 4 weeks to deliver the prizes after the season ends.
- 4.5. Prizes will be paid only through PayPal.
Members win trophies for triumphing in leagues, one-on-one matches, country/supporter groups etc.
- 5.1. Trophies appear in your account's Trophy case as soon as you've won a competition.
6. Player Transfers
The Player transfer tool allows you to drop and add Players whenever you want. It helps you manage your Team by allowing you to remove Players that you feel are underperforming and replacing them with Players that you feel may earn you more points.
Each manager is allowed 1 free transfer per round. Other transfers during that round will deduct 4 points each from the manager's overall score.Each manager gets 1 transfer wildcard, with the ability to purchase more using their coins - each wildcard can be activated for any round, and it allows the manager to make as many free transfers as they want during that round.

To make a transfer, simply click the - sign next to the Player's name. You will be taken to the Player Transfer page where you will click on the + sign next to the Player you want to add. Remember, you cannot add a Player without dropping a Player from your team first. The added player must play the same position as the one you drop. Transfers take effect as soon as you make them. Player Transfers must be made ATLEAST 15 MINUTES PRIOR TO THE START OF A PLAYER'S MATCH. ANY ATTEMPT TO CIRCUVENT THESE RULES WILL LEAD TO THE DISQUALIFICATION OF YOUR TEAM AND YOU WILL BE BARRED FROM WINNING ANY PRIZES.
7. Eligibility to Participate in the Game; Events of Disqualification.
Participants must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:
- Be a natural person who is a resident of any sovereign country worldwide in which such participation is not prohibited by law (whether the laws of such country or the laws of the province, state, principality or other political or geographic designation in which the Participant resides),
- In the case of free Games, be at least thirteen years of age at the time of participation or in the case of paid games, be at least eighteen years of age at the time of registration;
Not otherwise be ineligible as set out in these rules. Notwithstanding status as a paying Participant, no prize is awarded to winners of any Games who reside in or participate from a sovereign country (or subdivision thereof) where the awarding of a prize based on the Participant’s results in the Games is prohibited or illegal, or Participants who are residents of or participate from a sovereign country (or a subdivision thereof) where the receipt of payment from the united States would be illegal or prohibited, or Participants who reside in or participate from United States Territories or affiliated commonwealths or the following United States jurisdictions:

Employees and agents of Global Multimedia, LLC, its content providers and advertisers are ineligible to participate in any form of the Game. All prizes will be awarded only on the basis of score ranking of those Participants who are not ineligible to receive a prize.
The Game and your participation in it is void wherever prohibited by law. The Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify without notice and to block from participation any Participant who fails to comply with all parts of these rules. Participants will be subject to disqualification and/or blocking for (among other acts) (i) misrepresentation of eligibility, (ii) attempting in any way to impair the function of the Sponsor’s web site or third-party web sites to which the Sponsor provides a link or to alter the functioning in any way, (iii) attempting to commit any form of fraud in connection with the Games, (iv) failure when requested by the Sponsor to furnish timely (and in any event within fifteen days of request) an affidavit or declaration of eligibility that is legally binding in the jurisdiction of the Participant’s residence or participation, (v) use of message boards provided by the Sponsor in a manner that in the sole opinion of the Sponsor is inconsistent with the Sponsor’s message board guidelines set out in these rules, and any other act which in the Sponsor’s sole and absolute opinion is inconsistent with the integrity of the Games or the Sponsor’s goodwill or reputation.
8. Message Boards; Content
Message boards are not monitored but the Sponsor reserves the right to do so. The content of messages that Participants post on these message boards is subject to the following mandatory guidelines and deletion at the sole discretion of the Sponsor or (if the Sponsor concurs) upon the reasonable request of a Participant.
Inappropriate message board content which is subject to deletion includes and is not limited to (i) strong expletives, (ii) hate speech, (iii) crude or explicit sexual references, (iv) messages pertaining to illegal drugs, (v) strong language generally considered offensive (including without limitation, references to a particular race or nationality, sexual orientation, gender, etc.), (vi) incitation to illegal violence or criminal activity, (vii) threatening or abusive content, (viii) defamatory statements pertaining to any juridical or natural person, (ix) infringing material and (x) content which in the opinion of the Sponsor is inconsistent with the legitimate conduct of the Game. Also subject to deletion is any message board content that in the Sponsor's sole opinion is speech that would not normally be acceptable in a room full of strangers or in the work place.
The Sponsor cannot monitor all message board content and will not attempt to do so. If any message board Participant encounters content that the Participant believes should be deleted or believes is inconsistent with these rules, the Participant can report it to the Sponsor at email@example.com.
The Sponsor does not pre-screen or filter all content that Participants post on message boards or endorse or otherwise approve any such content or any opinions expressed in it. The Sponsor reserves the right to remove message board content for any reason whatsoever, including and not limited to content which in the Sponsor's sole opinion is inconsistent with these rules. Neither the Sponsor nor any affiliate or employee of the Sponsor assumes any liability for message board content or for any failure to remove message board content or delay in removing it. Participants who post content on Sponsor-provided message boards, by so doing, assume full personal responsibility for the lawfulness, completeness, accuracy, usefulness and compliance with these rules, of all such content. Any Participant posting content shall indemnify, reimburse and hold Sponsor harmless from any and all damages, losses, liability and costs (including without limitation attorney feed and court costs) arising from, based upon or in connection with the posted content or such Participant's use of the Site.

10. Ownership and Use of Trade Marks, Copyright and Other Rights.
Content shown on the Sponsor's web site includes trademarks and copyrighted materials (including software) owned by the Sponsor or third parties, or as may apply, owned by third parties and licensed to the Sponsor or others. Content shown on Third-Party Sites accessible via a link provided on the Sponsor's web site includes trademarks and copyrighted materials (including software) owned by or licensed to the operator of the Third-Party Site. Some of this content includes the names and logos of clubs, leagues and sanctioning bodies and the names, photographs and likenesses of athletes and other public figures and such persons' rights of publicity. No downloading or copying of any content by Participants is allowed and no ownership or license rights are granted to any Participants or any other entity. All right, title and interest shall remain with and is reserved to its owner. By your act of registration, you have agreed not to download, copy, modify or otherwise use any property that is not your own. A Participant who downloads or copies such content is subject to termination of the Participant's registration with the Sponsor and termination of all rights in respect to the Game. Any copying or downloading by any entity will be considered an infringement or other offense under applicable law, exposing the infringer or offender to criminal and civil penalties. It is the Sponsor's policy to cooperate with all investigations of infringement or unlawful copying or other use of content, conducted by governmental agencies or the owners of rights. Participant and any other entities will indemnify, reimburse, and hold Sponsor harmless from any and all damages, losses, liabilities and costs (including without limitation attorney's fees and court costs) arising from, based upon or in connection with any (i) claims alleging that action of the Participant have or have resulted in the infringement of any third-party rights, or (ii) the Participant has violated any of these Terms and Conditions.
Your act of posting or sending any content to the Sponsor constitutes your warranty that you have the right to do so and that such content does not infringe any other person's rights. Your act further constitutes your irrevocable grant to the Sponsor of the complete right to publicly display, use, communicate, perform, quote, modify and broadcast such content, anywhere in the world, with or without attribution and without notice or compensation.
11. Other Terms and Conditions.
All Participants release the Sponsor, together with all other businesses and persons involved with the conduct of the Games, as well as their owners, directors, officers and agents, from all claims and liability related to participation in the Games. YOU HEREBY AGREE NOT TO BRING, AND HEREBY WAIVE ANY CLAIM, SUIT, ACTION OR PROCEEDING AGAINST ANY SPONSOR ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE, AND HEREBY EXPRESSLY RELEASE SPONSORS FROM LIABILITY FOR ANY DAMAGES INCURRED THROUGH YOUR USE OF THE SITE, AND HEREBY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO RECEIVE AND/OR ANY RIGHT TO COLLECT DAMAGES OR COMPENSATION OF ANY KIND. Any materials or communications of, by or for the Sponsor, including notices and writings in any form that contains an error (printing, human, technical or other) shall be deemed null and void. Malfunction of software or electronic equipment associated with the Game, voids all play on it. Winners may be required, at the sole discretion of the Sponsor, to sign and return an affidavit or declaration of eligibility/liability release and indemnity and where legally permissible, a publicity release (all in form acceptable to the Sponsor).
Resolution of all claims by Participants related to the Game shall be determined according to the law of the State of Maryland, United States of America, except that the conflict of law rules of Maryland shall not be applied so as to require reference to the law of any sovereign other than Maryland, including any jurisdiction outside of the United States.
All disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these Rules, Terms and Conditions or the Site, that are not resolved by mutual agreement, shall on the notice of either party be resolved by binding arbitration to be conducted before JAMS or its successor. You expressly acknowledge and agree that you may not bring any type of legal action against the Sponsor or relating to the Site other than pursuant to an arbitration consistent with this section and hereby waive any right to do so; provided that the foregoing shall not apply to enforcing an arbitration award in a court of competent jurisdiction. Unless otherwise agreed between the parties, arbitration will be held in Bethesda, Maryland before a single arbitrator mutually agreed upon by the parties, or if the parties cannot mutually agree, a single arbitrator approved by JAMS, and will be conducted in accordance with the rules and regulations promulgated by JAMS unless specifically modified in accordance with these Terms. The arbitration must commence within forty-five (45) days of the date on which a written demand for arbitration is filed by either party. The arbitrator's decision and award shall be made and delivered within sixty (60) days of the conclusion of the arbitration and within six (6) months of the selection of the arbitrator. The arbitrator shall not have the power to award damages in excess of the limitation on actual compensatory, direct damages set forth in the Terms and may not multiply actual damages or award punitive damages or any other damages that are specifically excluded under the Terms, and each party hereby irrevocably waives any claim to such damages. The arbitrator may, in his or her discretion, assess costs and expenses (including the reasonable legal fees and expenses of the prevailing party) against any party to a proceeding. Any party refusing to comply with an order of the arbitrator will be liable for costs and expenses, including attorneys' fees, incurred by the other party in enforcing the award. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the case of temporary or preliminary injunctive relief, any party may proceed in court without prior arbitration for the purpose of avoiding immediate and irreparable harm. The provisions of this arbitration section will be enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.
All causes of action or lawsuits in any way arising out of or connected with the conduct of the Games or any of them shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action litigation. Recovery against the Sponsor, the Sponsor's affiliates and the owners, officers, employees or agents of any of them, as to such causes of action, lawsuits or claims related to them, shall in any event be limited to actual out-of-pocket expenses incurred.
13. Limitations on Liability and on Warranty.
YOU AGREE EXPRESSLY THAT YOUR USE OF ANY FACILITIES, SERVICES AND PRODUCTS PROVIDED BY THE SPONSOR AND YOUR USE OF THE INTERNET IS AT YOUR SOLE AND ASSUMED RISK. THESE FACILITIES, SERVICES AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED ON THE BASIS OF "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE WITHOUT EXPRESS WARRANTY, WITHOUT IMPLIED WARRANTY, AND WITHOUT FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SUBJECT ONLY TO LAWS THAT RENDER A WARRANTY LEGALLY INCAPABLE OF EXCLUSION, BUT ONLY TO THE EXTENT OF SUCH LAW'S REQUIREMENT. THE SPONSOR PROVIDES THE GAMES AND THE SERVICES OF fantasyligue1.com ONLY AS MAY BE COMMERCIALLY REASONABLE. THE SPONSOR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT YOU WILL BE ABLE TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE OF fantasyligue1e.com AT TIMES OR LOCATIONS OF YOUR CHOOSING OR THAT THE SPONSOR WILL HAVE ADEQUATE CAPACITY AS A WHOLE OR IN ANY COUNTRY OR STATE.

In these rules, paragraph and section headings are not intended to affect content or meaning. Headings do not imply that a subject indicated by the heading is addressed only under one heading. Rather, headings are no more than a convenience to aid the reader in reviewing these rules as a whole.
15. Export Control.
Use of this site involves products and/or technical data that is subject to U.S. export control laws, including the U.S. Export Administration Act and its associated regulations, and may be export or import regulations of other countries. By using any software from this Site, you are agreeing to comply strictly with all such regulations and acknowledge and agree that (i) you have the responsibility to obtain licenses to export, re-export, or import such products and/or technical data, (ii) you are not located in a country (a) where such export from the united States would be prohibited by United States law or (b) United States embargoed countries, and (iii) you are not on the united States' Department of Commerce Denied Persons List or Entity List, and that you have reviewed such lists to confirm the same.

If a counter-notice is received by the Copyright Agent, Global Multimedia, LLC will send a copy of the counter-notice to the original complaining party informing that person that the Sponsor may replace the removed content or cease disabling it in 10 business days. Unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order against the content provider, member or user, the removed content may be replaced, or access to it restored, in 10 to 14 business days or more after receipt of the counter-notice, at our sole discretion.
Repeat Infringer policy: In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, Global Multimedia, LLC has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at Global's sole discretion, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. Global may also at its sole discretion limit access to the Site and/or terminate the participation of any users (Participants) who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
